It is the national training programme supported by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA), CREST provides students with seven critical skills for continuous learning and innovation in the knowledge age. Students on successful completion of any one of the seven CREST module will receive a end-of-module certificate issued by Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) and PBS.

Students to be admitted to the programme should possess a first degree from a recognised university or equivalent professional qualifications, preferably with at least three years work experience and competence in English. Mature students who do not meet the preceding requirements will be admitted on a case-by-case basis.

Students must send the completed application form along with two certified true copies of all degree award/professional qualifications, two certified true copies of all transcripts, two completed referee forms, two IC-sized colour photographs and processing fee. Students should send the completed application to PBS Marketing and Management Services Pte Ltd, 45 Maxwell Rd. The URA Centre, East Wing #01-12, Singapore 069118.
