This programme enables students holding diplomas in communication studies or related fields to further develop their skills and expertise in public relations.

Applicants should possess ‘A’ level plus one year post secondary study (diploma / advanced diploma in any discipline); or ‘O’ level plus three years post secondary study (diploma in any discipline); or they should have Diploma in Public Relations and Mass Communication from Institute of Public Relations of Singapore.
